Minimum Guest Requirement: A minimum of 12 guests is required for all upstairs bookings. 2. Room Hire Charge: A £100 deposit is required to secure the room, which is redeemable off the final bill. If the number of guests falls below 11, the £100 deposit will not be redeemable. 3. Booking Notice: Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance to secure the upstairs space. 4. Reservation Process: All bookings must be made through the official submission form. Enquiries can be made via phone or social media, but bookings will only be confirmed through the submission form. Once the booking is confirmed, the £100 deposit will be taken and redeemed off the final bill, provided the guest count remains at 11 or more. 5. Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, the deposit will be retained to cover the cancellation. 6.
